Job Summary
As a Shift Lead, you will ensure that the vision, culture, and core values of Dutch Bros are upheld on every shift.
This role requires that you have availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week and a flexible, ever-changing schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Full-time shift lead also receives: Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, sick time, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Base: $16.66 per hour; Bonus/Equity: + tips; Benefits: Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, sick time, PTO, paid holidays

Key Requirements
6 months of Broista experience preferred
No disciplinary action for the past 90 days
Successfully completed the most recent flowcheck (90% score or better)
Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit/Certification
Ability to complete, pass and maintain mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests
