Base: 404,000-490,000 JPY monthly; Bonus: Included in annual estimate of 9M-10.6M JPY; Benefits: Fixed overtime allowance of 30 hours/month included

Must-have
5+ years app UI/UX design experience
Figma or Adobe XD proficiency
Team leadership and mentoring experience
User research and persona creation
Bilingual Japanese and English communication
Nice-to-have
Experience launching new projects
Design system creation and maintenance
Knowledge of IoT and AI technologies
Software engineering basics for iOS/Android/Web
Pixel-perfect attention to detail
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of consumer app UI/UX design experience
Proven experience in team management and reporting to management
TOEIC score of 600 or higher (730 preferred)
Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research
