As our Senior Manager of Client Success, you are responsible for owning client relationships, managing client contracts (meeting SLAs & driving renewals), utilizing R1 technology & interfacing with R1 Operations teams to continuously optimize Client KPIs, and seeking upsell/cross-sell/new sales opportunities both for the Prior Authorization business and across the Patient Experience business unit

Job Summary

  • As our Senior Manager of Client Success, you are responsible for owning client relationships, managing client contracts (meeting SLAs & driving renewals), utilizing R1 technology & interfacing with R1 Operations teams to continuously optimize Client KPIs, and seeking upsell/cross-sell/new sales opportunities both for the Prior Authorization business and across the Patient Experience business unit.
  • Establish routine metric reporting with Client Managers and Executives, understand R1 technology & workflows; work externally with Clients and internally with Operations to continuously improve KPI performance.
  • The base pay range is $85,000.00 - $143,951.77 per year; this job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%.
