Job Summary
The Associate General Counsel will proactively provide legal counsel and strategic guidance on a wide range of contractual matters impacting the Company's operations and business activities.
Negotiate, draft, and review a wide range of real estate documents – including retail leases, big box development leases, office leases, subleases, lease amendments, termination agreements, construction exhibits and related lease documentation.
Competitive compensation includes a base salary range of $170,000 - $230,000, a 30% annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits starting day one.
