Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident condition, accidents, and suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm, positive environment while adhering to strict confidentiality policies.
