Job Summary

  • Responsible for overall ecommerce order fulfillment and inventory, returns and reconciliation, supporting eCOM business growth by managing daily warehouse outbound picking & distribution operations.
  • Analyze and coordinate with eCom channel team Sales for warehouse capacity planning and align 3PL, while coordinating consumer claims handling and investigation between CS and 3PL warehouse team.
  • Responsible for all eCOM returns, timely closure of RMA, ensuring stock is back in racks, and conducting deep dive analysis of eCOM returns to identify major factors driving returns.
