This Position is a key leader responsible for complete accounting lifecycle for global bonus and sabbatical programs under ASC 710.
Lead forecasting, scenario analysis, and management reporting including variance and trend analysis to provide reliable estimates and business insight for finance leaders, in support of strategic decision-making.
Lead, coach, and develop team members while driving execution and operational excellence across matrixed global teams through accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
