The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program designed to meet the interests and needs of each resident.
Essential duties include participating in planning and conducting individual, small, and large group activities, assisting with resident assessments, and arranging transportation for residents.
The role requires assisting in developing monthly activity calendars, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring the Activity Department is clean, orderly, and secured.
