Job Summary
Act as a liaison for hospitals and clinics using TruBridge’s complete business office services to bill insurance companies and pursue claim collections.
Prepare and submit claims electronically or by hard copy, secure medical documentation, and follow up on unpaid claims until payment is made.
Process rejections, maintain production and quality assurance standards, and protect customer information by keeping all information confidential.
