Promote Airbus initiatives to enhance access, usage, and support of Technical Data deliverables across USA, Canada, and Latin America regions.
Provide first-line support on Maintenance and Engineering Technical Data to customers, including familiarization and training, to ensure efficient use and high customer satisfaction.
Acquire customer feedback on Technical Data products, support, and services to identify issues and subjects for continuous improvement, bringing awareness and value to customers in Latin America.

Experience with customer demands and managing expectations
