Job Summary
Serves as team leader within assigned Retail Servicing unit with guidance from manager, guiding workflow, managing exceptions, and assisting in process improvement.
Provides training and coaching to the assigned Retail Servicing team on daily work functions, approves daily work, and assists with onboarding new hires.
Researches and resolves complex internal and external customer issues and escalations, resolves regulatory complaints, and reviews and approves wire transfers as required.
