Key Requirements
Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky
Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing from accredited institution
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days
ACLS/PALS/NRP certification as required by department
Successful completion of dysrhythmia class
Associate degree holders with less than 10 years experience must enroll in BSN program within 12 months
