The Rig HSE Advisor provides support, coaching and advice to all rig personnel on the implementation of the Company HSE management system and spends the majority of their work time at the worksites to accomplish this.
This role actively promotes a safe, respectful and inclusive work environment while ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and participating in operational discipline and emergency response activities.
The position requires maintaining effective communication with both direct and functional reporting lines and supporting continuous improvement through training, audits, and incident investigations.
