Job Summary

  • As MDOM of south, you will work with the Regional Managers and central marketing team to develop the Market Development planning for the region and supervise execution, identifying and addressing gaps.
  • You will co-develop regional capability development plans, track roll out, measure outcomes, and provide input to address capability gaps, while owning execution KPIs for NPI launches and national growth programs.
  • This is a developmental role for an ambitious sales professional to develop understanding of underlying actions that drive growth and competitiveness, helping translate brand advantage to market share gain and volume growth.

Key Requirements

  • 8-10 years experience leading sales teams
