Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700; McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400; Plano, TX: $138,100 - $157,700; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
At least 3 years of Program Management, Project Management, Product Management
At least 1 year of experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
At least 4 years of Program Management, Project Management, Product Management
At least 1 year of experience with Workday HRIS
At least 1 year of experience automating workflows
Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile (SAFE) or Six Sigma certification
