Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Food Science, or related OR equivalent
  • At least 7 years’ experience in Sales or Business Development
  • At least 3 years’ experience in sales leadership
  • At least 3 years’ experience in people leadership
  • Master’s degree (preferred)
  • 10 years demonstrated experience in food/beverage, CPG, and/or ingredient related B2B sales leadership team (preferred)
