As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Service Stream’s enterprise wide ERP Modernisation Program implementing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
You will analyse end-to-end Field-to-Finance business processes, collaborate with SAP consultants and support testing cycles to ensure successful national transformation delivery.

Must-have
SAP S/4HANA transformation experience
End-to-end process analysis
Cross functional stakeholder engagement
SAP FI/CO, PS and MM modules knowledge
Process mapping with Signavio or Visio
Designing and executing SIT and UAT test cycles
Nice-to-have
Experience with SAP Activate framework
Exposure to SAP Service Management and EAM
Knowledge of clean-core SAP principles
Flexible hybrid working arrangements
Strong analytical and communication skills
Key Requirements
5+ years business analysis experience
Experience in SAP transformation programs
Hands-on SAP ECC/S/4HANA experience
Experience with enterprise ERP implementations
Ability to analyse service contracts for SAP alignment
