Job Summary
Perform maintenance and preventive maintenance and repair of building systems, including basic electrical, lighting, HVAC, boilers, plumbing, and life safety systems.
Complete assigned monthly preventive maintenance tasks and respond to reactive work orders.

Key Requirements

2 years reading drawings and single-phase electrical systems
