Scania CV AB is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist for its Shared Service Center in Breda, Netherlands. The role focuses on analyzing learning needs and implementing impactful training solutions to foster a strong learning culture and contribute to both individual and organizational growth

Job Summary

  • As a Learning & Development Specialist within our Shared Service Center, you will work in an international environment where growth, development, and collaboration are central.
  • You will develop learning paths for technical colleagues in our workshops, set up leadership and skills training, and advise P&C Business Partners on development and succession planning.
  • You will be part of the People & Culture team (14 colleagues) and work with two L&D Administrators within P&C Service Operations, reporting directly to the P&C Director.
