Job Summary

  • The team provides patient care and supportive services directed towards achievement of positive patient care outcomes, maximizing the patients involvement in his/her own plan of care and reducing the length of hospitalization.
  • The Staff Nurse is responsible for managing and providing care to the patient and his/her family, and for directing and supervising nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team.
  • This team provides flexible, expert-level staffing coverage for Intensive Care Units (ICU) and other high-acuity environments where advanced clinical assessment, rapid decision‑making, and proficiency in complex interventions are required.
