Job Summary

  • Food Runners/Server Assistants will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to all guests that is consistent and continually in accordance with the Luminary Hotel & Co. service standards and standards of Mainsail Lodging & Development.
  • Responsible for setting tables, serving food orders and removing used plate ware and utensils, and food running when applicable.
