In this role, the APP will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care focused on health promotion, disease prevention, and the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions.
The APP will work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless continuity of care and outstanding patient experiences—fully aligned with Cleveland Clinic’s mission of putting patients first.
