Base: $111,800.00 - $175,670.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) plan and company match, disability coverage, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off

Key Requirements
PhD in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Pharmacology, Molecular/Cell Biology or related field or MS with 6+ years experience or BS with 8+ years experience
experience in pharmaceutical/biotech R&D
proven expertise in assay design and development
experience with LIMS and high throughput data analysis platforms
