Job Summary

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of demand planners accountable for translating complex demand signals into actionable forecasts and plans.
  • Set the direction for forecasting strategy and collaborate cross‑functionally with Commercial, Procurement, Data Science, Finance, and IBP leaders to align demand planning with Agilent’s strategic objectives.
  • This role is a key contributor to Agilent’s Ignite transformation and will directly influence the company’s ability to operate with resilience and confidence across changing market conditions.
