We need your expertise to help power the next generation of AI by training large-scale language models on HR topics.
You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics like compliance with labor codes, workplace investigations, onboarding workflows, DEI initiatives, training and development strategies, and cross-border HR policies.
On a typical day, you will converse with the model in both English and French on real-world HR scenarios and theoretical questions, verify factual accuracy and logical soundness, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements.
