Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Current RN license in state of work
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Active BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems
  • Ability to lift patients and equipment

Nice-to-have

  • Hospice or hospital experience preferred
  • Alzheimer's Disease training certification
  • Strong empathetic communication skills
  • Experience working with Interdisciplinary Teams
  • Community engagement participation

Key Requirements

  • Minimum one year nursing experience
