Job Summary
Manage the introduction of automation and robotics into BJ’s warehouse environment to increase supply chain capacity and drive down costs.
Analyze and implement robotics and automation solutions for common warehouse tasks, including pallet sortation, load/unload, and AGVs, to increase labor productivity and space utilization.
Lead cross-functional teams in developing and delivering robotics training, defining technical guidance for warehouse deployment, and managing project budgets and schedules.
