Salary
Base: $16.39 - $24.58 hourly; Bonus/Equity: Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, 401(k) with match and more
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Adhere to safety regulations and PPE usage
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets
Receive, verify, stage, and stock materials
Carry objects up to 50 lbs with equipment
Nice-to-have
Comfortable in fast paced environment
General computer skills for data entry
Back-up driver duties
Team-oriented community culture
Key Requirements
1-3 years warehouse operations experience preferred
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid state issued driver's license required
Follow all DOT standards and regulations
Possession or ability to obtain DOT Medical Card
Pre-employment drug and background screening required
