Job Summary

  • The Maintenance Technician III is responsible for performing a variety of related duties including equipment installation troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance in order to ensure the property and grounds are meeting the company’s established standards and any applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include completing all maintenance work order requests, monitoring and maintaining building systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Boilers, etc.), and performing site-level preventative maintenance duties.

Hiring Pay Range: $23.00 - $27.00/hour; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Monthly Renewal Bonuses; Benefits: Competitive benefit package, HSA employer contribution, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, VTO, rent discount, Life Time Fitness discount

Key Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • AA degree or certification preferred
  • Required licenses within 6 months
