Summary: Responsible for leading and managing the maintenance operations of injection molding machinery and related equipment within the production facility. Ensures optimal machine uptime, minimizes downtime, and drives the implementation of preventive maintenance programs. Oversee a team of maintenance technicians and work collaboratively with production, engineering, and quality departments to achieve operational excellence. Authority to approve and implement maintenance schedules and strategies. Decision-making authority on vendor and contractor selection for maintenance activities. Responsibilities: Maintenance Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for injection moulding machines, auxiliary equipment, and facility infrastructure. Lead corrective maintenance efforts to swiftly address equipment breakdowns and reduce production interruptions. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal safety policies. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor the maintenance team to enhance technical skills, performance, and safety awareness. Assign tasks and manage shift coverage to maintain continuous support across operations. Promote a collaborative culture between maintenance and production teams to meet shared goals. Equipment and Facility Management: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, machine performance, and repair history.
