Job Summary

• The BIM Engineer assists the manager as a project team member, interacting with project owners, architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to develop and analyze the virtual construction process in order to maximize construction efficiency, job cost savings, as well as enhance project documentation and delivery.
• Develop and maintain Building Information Models (BIM) for construction projects, including architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit.
• Stay updated on BIM technology trends, best practices, and industry standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes, workflows, and methodologies within the organization.
