Job Summary

  • The Facilities Engineer will provide assistance to the Facilities Manager in various operational activities including technical services, maintenance, vendor management, finance, contracts, procurement, project management, and occupancy services.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring delivery of services in accordance with client Service Level Agreements, achieving key performance indicators, managing site facilities operations (including Cleanroom operation), and establishing engineering and operational procedures.
  • The role involves implementing energy management programs, initiating preventive maintenance, providing advisory services for projects, managing M&E scope, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, and participating in client-initiated EHS and BCP programs.

Key Requirements

  • familiar with & operate to the Scope of Work
  • delivery of services in accordance with client Service Level Agreement
  • Achieve key performance indicators and service level agreement targets
  • Understand the operational & technical requirements of the site
