The Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) independently performs laboratory testing, interprets and validates results, and ensures accuracy in accordance with established procedures and regulatory standards.
This role supports quality patient care through technical expertise, problem solving, and collaboration with healthcare providers and laboratory staff.
