Job Summary

  • The Portfolio Monitoring team is responsible for working with front office teams to execute loan documentation and monitor the performance of the loan portfolio, provides agency services on syndicated loans and manages all waivers and amendments for these transactions.
  • PM is involved in the early stages of loan execution, including the structuring stage of a facility, and manages all transaction events post-closing, including covenant monitoring, amendments and waivers.
  • As a first line of defense for credit quality, PM is also responsible for recommending involvement of the restructuring teams, if the case may be.
