Job Summary
Deliver innovative marketing strategies in support of CommBank’s Home Lender network by strategizing, executing, and reviewing marketing campaigns aligned to business priorities and existing customer needs.
Develop and project manage campaigns that deliver business objectives, raise consideration, drive acquisition/cross-sell, and improve customer NPS and retention.
Build robust analysis and reporting of all delivered campaigns to demonstrate marketing contribution, provide insights, and recommend continuous improvement.
