Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Communications, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, customer leadership, project management, or executive operations
  • Experience supporting or partnering with major retail customers (Walmart/Sam’s) strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Fluency with retail/omni metrics
