Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience
2+ years in employee relations
3+ years in employee engagement and recruitment
2 years experience in shared services or COE HR model
Proficient with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors or Workday experience required)
Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
