Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • 2+ years in employee relations
  • 3+ years in employee engagement and recruitment
  • 2 years experience in shared services or COE HR model
  • Proficient with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors or Workday experience required)
  • Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25%
