  • Manage the full administrative client journey from prospect through to onboarding and ongoing servicing, coordinating all preparation for adviser meetings.
  • Extract and collate policy information, input data into client files, and ensure all missing information requirements are identified and proactively requested.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, assist advisers with pipeline monitoring, and handle new business submissions and case progression tracking.
