Manage the full administrative client journey from prospect through to onboarding and ongoing servicing, coordinating all preparation for adviser meetings.
Extract and collate policy information, input data into client files, and ensure all missing information requirements are identified and proactively requested.
Maintain accurate CRM records, assist advisers with pipeline monitoring, and handle new business submissions and case progression tracking.
