Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Physically capable of restraining juveniles
  • Obtain Juvenile Justice Officer certification
  • Pass Criminal Background check
  • Pass Drug Screening test
  • Pass Psychological test
  • Pass Sexual Risk Screening test
  • Pass Physical (Vision and Hearing)
  • US citizen
  • At least 20 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
