Job Summary
The IT Strategy Department (ITSD) is responsible for formulating and executing Rakuten Group's overarching IT strategy, ensuring high-quality IT services and optimizing customer satisfaction.
As an IT Risk team member, you will be responsible for the establishment, evaluation, and improvement of IT Risk management systems, including IT-BCP, ITGC, IT Resiliency, and Crisis management.
The role requires planning, executing, and monitoring IT-Risk-compatible projects, improving the IT Risk framework, and increasing awareness and education within organizations regarding IT-Risk management.
