Must-have
Leadership experience in aviation industry
Boeing aircraft release process expertise
Line Maintenance or MRO background
Current FAA Airframe and Power plant License
Willingness to work variable shifts
Nice-to-have
Experience with Boeing 737 MAX product
Direct customer relationship experience
Part 121, 125, or 145 CQS experience
ODA member or Ticketing Applicant status
737NG/MAX General Familiarization training
Key Requirements
1+ years leadership experience

3+ years Line Maintenance or MRO experience
