The Employee Relations Manager, West is responsible for cultivating a positive, productive, and inclusive workplace by managing employee relations programs, resolving workplace issues, coaching managers, and ensuring consistent application of policies.
This role will support clubs in California, Arizona, Nevada and Washington, requiring travel as needed.
