The Capital Planning and Asset Program Manager has overall responsibility for the success of the capital program planning process, managing and executing the strategic vision for planning in both capital program and budgeting disciplines.
This role is responsible for managing infrastructure projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, and providing technical oversight for the design and implementation of the preventative maintenance program.
