Key Requirements
BS in Civil Engineering
AZ registered professional engineer
10 to 20 years of experience
Management of roadway engineering for public agencies
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, supervise, coordinate technical work
Proven track record of successful client interaction
Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly
Capacity to work efficiently with limited supervision
