Job Summary

  • Provide event day setup and support of multiple point-of-sale systems and excellent desktop support services to internal staff.
  • Work with vendors and service providers to resolve issues and implement changes, and provide level 1 & 2 support of all point-of-sale system problems.
  • Conduct stadium walk-through to ensure all systems are operational prior to and during all events and replace defective hardware.

Key Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field
  • Basic PC hardware knowledge
  • Networking including TCP/IP, VLAN’s
  • Windows 2003, 2008, 2008R2 administration
  • Wireless LAN concepts experience
  • Windows XP/Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Virtual environments experience
  • Microsoft and Mac applications knowledge
  • Wireless terminologies and security technologies knowledge
  • CAT5/6 crimping knowledge
  • Quest, Counterpoint or SQL systems experience
