Job Summary
Perform direct commercial management in an assigned client portfolio in the metalworking and/or scientific sector, generating long-term business to create proposals for solutions and optimizations in their production processes, and thus meet the sales, profitability, and commercial development objectives established by the company.
Prepare reports and report KPIs with information on visits and sales made to existing clients in the metalworking and/or scientific area of Indura.
Carry out and coordinate the customer service strategy for each client based on their business to provide technical advice to new and existing clients on the application of Indura products and services, as well as improvement proposals.
