Must-have
5+ years PC/Embedded hardware R&D experience
Actual motherboard design experience
X86 platform knowledge preferred
Fluent English for client discussions
System integration and power design concepts
Nice-to-have
Cross-departmental collaboration skills
Strong logical thinking and expression
Experience with EE, Power, SI validation
BIOS/ME technical support background
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
