Job Summary
The NC Department of Transportation connects people, products and places safely and efficiently with customer focus, accountability, and environmental sensitivity to enhance the economy and vitality of North Carolina.
This position will serve as a Project Inspector on roadway and structure projects, performing inspections, testing materials, and maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with contract standards.
Employees must apply safety philosophy to all operations and may be subject to emergency callback and inclement weather conditions.
