Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CAD building
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Tooling
  • Proficiency in CAD design software (Catia or Rhino)
  • Strong knowledge of injection IP / rubber/compress EVA/TPU/PU/TPR/ABS/PVC compound unit bottom and parts or related mold manufacture area
  • Good oral and written English communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Leadership, planning, and organizing skills
