This key position is responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising all pharmacy services across the Baptist Health Louisville hospital.
The Pharmacy Director provides operational and strategic leadership for pharmacy services and is accountable for compliance with all federal and state laws, hospital accreditation standards, and professional practice regulations.
The role also ensures appropriate staffing, resources, and infrastructure to support safe medication procurement, storage, distribution, and administration across the hospital and its three infusion centers.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree from accredited college of pharmacy
PharmD preferred
Minimum 5 years pharmacy experience
Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations
Minimum 3 years hospital pharmacy management experience desired
Current Kentucky pharmacist license or eligibility
